*ATTENTION: THE FOLLOWING IS A TRANSCRIPT OF AN INTERVIEW FROM THE FOLCARE FISHERIES CASE, 2021.*

DETECTIVE MARZ: Hey, Macy. You know the drill. Interview two. Recording. Thursday, August 17, 7:19 P.M. So…starting from where we left off...this “scary” woman; was her name Linda Martil?
You’re dead.
MACY: Linda Martil? Like that rich hotel lady? Umm…it couldn’t have been…
DETECTIVE MARZ: Macy…she’s the owner of Folcare Fisheries. You don’t know your own boss?
MACY: I-I forgot…?
Nice save.
DETECTIVE MARZ: I need you to be honest with me. Do you know about Folcare Fisheries’, uh, true intentions?
Yes.
MACY: No.
Yeah, sure. Linda Martil was the rich Halton Hotel investor to most. Drug dealer to the rest. She kept the money in the two storage containers at the back of the shop. Code: 381937 and 475938. “Take it to the bank, Macy. One hundred dollars at a time. Deposit into the account under Hillary Johnson.” She did other things too. Things I helped with. Marz can’t know. Can’t ever know, or Martil will-
DETECTIVE MARZ: Linda Martil was a respected woman in society, no?
Yes, respected people smuggle illegal drugs and get their 16-year-old employee to manage their cash.
MACY: I guess.
DETECTIVE MARZ: Mhm…you know she had a scheme two decades ago? Around the time Folcare opened, no? Anyways, she forged a co-workers name for a cheque. Small offense at the time; threw some money at it to hush the case.
MACY: Why are you telling me this?
DETECTIVE MARZ: Well, you seem to not know much about your boss. And typically people involved in these schemes continue with them later on when they have access to more... illegal cash flow.
Crap.
MACY: Are you implying that the sardine shop is…what? A front?
DETECTIVE MARZ: You tell me.
